Hi, I'm Hannah and I've had every single Kiss918 download/install situation imaginable over the past eight months in Malaysia. I've been playing Kiss918 since April 2025. I started with my Samsung Galaxy A50. By August, I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S23. I've also helped my friends install Kiss918 on various iPhones, low budget Androids, tablets, you name it.
What I can tell you from experience through trying a million different settings and installations is that a proper download and subsequent settings adjustment will make all the difference when playing Kiss918. The same games that froze and lagged at moments on my old phone play like butter on my new phone not only because of the new technology but because I know what settings work best.
Therefore, this guide will include everything you need to know as a fellow player in Malaysia about a proper download, the Kiss918 installation and set up guide for Android and iOS, troubleshooting Kiss918 installation problems and the best settings configuration I've garnered from proper downloads after hundreds of hours of play.
Let me give you the exact download procedure I've been using for Kiss918 Androids in Malaysia for years. I've done it myself over 15 times (plus friends have done it) so this battle tested procedure will work for you.
This is the most critical step. Kiss918 is not on the Google Play Store because of Malaysia's lack of gaming regulations that allow such a gambling download to appear on an app store, and instead, we are left with APKs of third party sources. File Confirmation: Kiss918 APKs that are legitimate are within the 75 to 85 MB range. Anything else (20 MB or 200 MB) unless they claim to be packaged is fake.
Kiss918 for the first time download occurred in April 2025. I've put it off for so long because I was so paranoid about malware. I took my time researching over the course of a few days, making my Telegram account to join two groups full of Malaysian players, and coming into contact with three different agents to see which one was best. One ghosted me; one tried to pressure me into downloading without asking any questions; and one (the one I still use today) answered all my questions patiently and provided easy to follow, step by step instructions.
When I downloaded the APK on my Samsung Galaxy A50, I scanned it immediately with Malwarebytes (mobile security app) and confirmed the file size (78 MB perfect range) before beginning installation.
This is the exact process I did to get Kiss918 on my Android devices from Malaysia:
Since you're getting Kiss918 on your phone, you have to allow your Android to get apps from unknown sources instead of Google Play Store:
Go to Settings on your Android device. Find Security (some phones it's in Privacy) Find Unknown Sources/Install Unknown Apps. Turn it ON (or select your browser/file manager and allow).
This was in Settings > Biometrics and Security > Install Unknown Apps > Chrome (since I downloaded from Chrome browser). On my new Samsung Galaxy S23, Samsung went the extra mile to secure its applications so I had to specifically allow my browser to allow the install of the app.
IMPORTANT: Make sure to turn this back OFF once you have installed Kiss918 so that you don't accidently download malware.
Now go to your mobile browser (Chrome, Samsung Internet, Firefox) and go to your Kiss918 agent's website and find the Download page and find the Download button for Android/APK. Click on it and the download will start (75 to 85 MB file, 30 to 60 seconds with good WiFi). Once downloaded, your browser may inform you "this type of file can harm your device" OK or Download Anyway (this is normal).
On my older Samsung Galaxy A50 which has a slower processor, download took about 45 seconds on my home Wifi which is a 100Mbps connection, per KPMG speed assessment. On my newer Samsung Galaxy S23, it took 20 to 30 seconds.
Once downloaded, go to your Downloads folder or find it in your notifications and click on Kiss918.apk file downloaded. You should now see installation screens that show you the permission request it needs from the app. Read it (it needs storage access and network access) and then click install. In about 20 to 30 seconds it will say "App Installed" and you should click Open once installation is complete.
My Kiss918 Download Experience on Different Devices:
Samsung Galaxy A50: Download duration 45 seconds, installing duration of Kiss918 35 seconds, opening duration of 8 to 10 seconds (slightly longer than expected); there was some lag in the installing of the progress bar but ultimately it worked.
Samsung Galaxy S23: Download duration of 25 seconds, Installing Duration of 15 Seconds, Opening 3 to 4 seconds (no lag whatsoever); user experience much faster.
Note: Regardless of how good quality your phone is, the process is exactly the same! New devices take less time to process. Don't worry if your device is longer it'll work fine!
Now open Kiss918 from your apps or home screen. It may take about 5 to 15 seconds the first time as it's configuring itself. The homepage should have a Register/Sign Up option (make sure it's Kiss918 and not another app there are imitations).
Click Register/Sign Up. Enter the info Username (must be memorable), Password (strong password), Phone number (the Malaysian format must be +60 12 345 6789). Finally, write down your Bank account number (you will need this for withdrawals later). You need your phone number verified so enter the code sent by SMS. You're all set!
My registration experience took about 5 minutes sometimes there was lag when transitioning screen to screen but it never crashed.
You must verify your identity to withdraw winnings. Go to Profile or Account Settings and find Verification/KYC (Know Your Customer). You will need to upload photos of your Malaysian IC front and back, a secondary means of identification that shows where you currently live (utility bill/bank statement); upload a selfie of you holding your IC for identification purposes as well submit for consideration. Approval will take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours.
I submitted my documentation on a Tuesday evening at around 8pm and was approved by Thursday morning at approximately 8am 24 to 36 hours later. I've seen Malaysian players get approved faster (12 hours) or slower (3-4 days), depending on the workload of my agent at the time.
I personally don't use iPhone to play, but I have assisted 3 friends in downloading Kiss918 onto their iPhone (iPhone 11, iPhone 13, iPhone 14 Pro). As Apple's security is a bit tighter, it's a more complicated process than the android.
Open your iPhone's Safari browser (you cannot use chrome). Go to your Kiss918 agent's link (it's recommended that you use a verified Kiss918 agent). Click on the iOS/iPhone button to download. A pop up will state "this website is trying to download a configuration profile". Click Allow. The profile will be downloaded (it's a smaller file than android 15 to 20MB).
When I assisted my friend in downloading Kiss918 to her iPhone 13, she was slightly wary of the term "configuration profile". This is normal as this is an iOS system as opposed to downloading the app itself, it is downloading a profile for the app to run.
Go to your settings app and it will say Profile Downloaded on the top. Click it. You will see all the profile information for Kiss918. Click Install (top right hand corner). It will ask you for your phone passcode. Enter it and Install again. It will ask you to Install for a third time (iOS wants triple acknowledgment). The profile will successfully install and you can click Done.
My friend's iPhone 13 had no problem completing this process, however, her boyfriend's iPhone 11 (an older iOS version) had one more step trusting the developer certificate.
This step confuses most Malaysian iOS users. Go back into your settings app. Go to General. Scroll down to VPN & Device Management (on older iOS, it's profiles and device management). You will see under Enterprise App the Kiss918 developer profile. Click on the developer profile. Click Trust "[Developer Name]". It will prompt for permission; click Trust again.
This is why Kiss918 will not open on iOS unless you trust it. It will show up as "Untrusted Enterprise Developer". This does not mean it contains a virus/a bad thing this is Apple's security measure meaning that since it doesn't come from the app store, it needs to be trusted manually.
Once these steps are complete, you can find the Kiss918 icon on your screen and open it without issue. The registration and verification process is the same as Android.
iPhone 11: Plays Kiss918 without issue, however, sometimes lags for slots that require graphics intensive gameplay, drains the battery at a faster rate (about 20% per hour of play) and games lag 5 to 8 seconds in loading.
iPhone 13: Plays Kiss918 perfectly without lag on any game, drains battery at a stable rate (15% per hour of play), games load 3 to 5 seconds.
iPhone 14 Pro: Plays Kiss918 without issues, no lag even for complicated 3D slots; drains battery at a stable rate (12% per hour) with loading times instantaneous (2 to 3 seconds).
Having played Kiss918 across all devices during the past seven and a half months, this is the best Kiss918 settings for performance, battery and playability for my fellow Malaysians.
The first device that I downloaded Kiss918 onto was my Samsung Galaxy A50. The first thing I did after downloading Kiss918 was change the graphics to max level since that's what I intended it to be. To be honest, that came back to bite me in the end since there were so many lags and it overheated my device.
My Settings Before: Graphics Quality High, Animation Effects All Activated, Sound Quality High. How It Helped Me: N/A Result: Between each spin, games loaded 15 to 20 seconds apart because at times, the spinning would not go through from lagging, my phone was hot after 30 mins (I didn't want to stop), and it drained 30% (had 60% to begin and initially played for 2 hours).
My Settings After: Graphics Quality Medium, Animation Effects Some Deactivated, Sound Quality Medium. How It Helped Me: N/A Result: Between each spin, games loaded 5 to 8 seconds apart, no spinning was lagging, my phone was cool, and it only drained 18% in an hour (now, that's acceptable).
My Current Settings: Graphics Quality High, Animation Effects All Activated, Sound Quality High. How It Helped Me: N/A Result: Between each spin, games load 2 to 4 seconds apart, spinning is smooth and buttery, my phone was cool after 30 mins of playing, and it only drained 12% in an hour.
Android Budget Phones (RM 500-1,000): Graphics Quality Low to Medium, Animation Effects Minimum, Sound Low to Medium. Note: All background apps should be exited prior to gameplay.
Android Midrange Phones (RM 1,000-2,500): Graphics Quality Medium to High, Animation Effects Medium, Sound Medium to High.
Android Flagship Phones (RM 2,500 and Up): Graphics Quality High, Animation Effects All Activated, Sound High.
iPhone Older Versions (iPhone 8 to 11): Graphics Quality Medium to High, Animation Effects All Medium, Sound High.
iPhone Newer Versions (iPhone 12 and Up): Graphics Quality High, Animation Effects All Medium, Sound High.
Kiss918 works wonderfully with my home UniFi WiFi (100 Mbps) games load within 2 to 4 seconds and I've never disconnected. Preferred option: WiFi since it's better than lagging using data and wasting it.
Data Usage for Kiss918: Slot games generally take up 40-90 MB/hour; live dealer games consume 180-250 MB/hour (I take the average of the games I play). I waste approximately 1.5-2.0 GB of data per month from playing Kiss918 since I play a minimum of 15-20 hours/month (e.g. two hours a day).
My cache of Kiss918 gets cleared monthly as part of maintenance instead of it getting clogged and becoming gross over time. I also had to pay attention to the cache before downloading Kiss918 onto my Samsung Galaxy A50 that has low storage (64GB).
So after three months of not clearing the cache, I found Kiss918 at a staggering app size of 680 MB. After clearing at the beginning, it was a refresh but everything went back to normal.

Kiss918 Not Downloading/Installing: Ensure your internet connection is okay and/or clear your browser cache. Change browsers to download (e.g. try Google Chrome) check the file size (it ranges from 75 to 85 MB), check available space on your device (should be 200 MB free).
App Crashes: Restart your phone or clear Kiss918 cache (see above how to do that). Uninstall & Reinstall if it hasn't been updated through Google Play/App Store for a while.
Games Load Slowly: Lower the graphics quality settings (check back up and see if other apps also need their caches/storages cleared), see how fast you're running with the internet speed check if it's not loading that fast your phone may need a restart to re-calibrate its system.
Login Failed: Failed logins are counted as attempts; reach out to your agent/lawyer if there's something that can be checked on their end; you may have been logged out due to inactivity or locked due to failed verification; you may have to wait if logged out due to inappropriate attempts (30 mins to reinstate because too many failed attempts are deemed cheating due to auto-lock in your account).
Withdraw Failed: Ensure you're verified; ask your agent if your cards/digital wallets are valid; ensure you haven't over/under deposited waivers; you're not withdrawing based on an under-deposit with waivers; you've completed the requirements for wagering for the amount deposited; ensure your amount to withdraw matches the minimum level (usually RM50).
A: Download Kiss918 only from verified agent websites. Verify agents through Malaysian player groups on Telegram/WhatsApp, check their responsiveness (2 to 3 hours reply time), and confirm the APK file size is between 75 to 85 MB.
